For Alexis and I, Carlow was our destination. It is to be our home for the year. It is where we got our first taste of Irish culture and I discovered that my Irish accent imitation was no good. It is where our school, the Institute of Technology Carlow, resides. And it is where we met our new friends, comprised of cultures world-wide.
Carlow to us is not just a home, but an experience. It was the gateway to a new country and a new chapter in our lives, and we hope that through the video, you’ll begin to understand why we chose this unique, friendly town.
